Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic with full dedication to achieving success every day.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
